I went to az autos based on a family friend and I have to say they are great! I had a problem with my car and was dreading the worse. AZ autos (Christian) let me know that it was the alternator but it was just outside our warranty. They rectified the problem without high cost and for that i rate them for great customer service and honesty. Highly recommend.
My car is 15 years old and when I started the ignition it purred then as I drove out of AZ Auots it felt like new again thank you for the great service you did on my car, love that feeling when that happens after a service and not all garages take that amount of care.

I found AZ Autos following a simple Google search after my car battery died. From the initial telephone conversation, everything was positive and super helpful. I spoke with David and he was great from the start. 2 genetleman came out within an hour (bare in mind most garages are busy and fully booked) and had a look and they resolved the issue within 10 seconds to be honest. You could tell they have a great ear for motors and I was so grateful that they could fit me in today. Based on this experience alone I have found a new local Garage to use and actually look forward to taking my car for servicing and any other car related issues because I know it will be in great hands. Great customer service, very honest and professional advise. Different mechanic quoted me £2000 but came to A&Z motors and got an honest quote with a better quality of work.
